Rochester Dental Sleep Therapy is located within the dental office of Village Smiles. Village Smiles is the general dentistry practice of Drs. Paul and Matt Schwedfeger. Dr. Paul and Dr. Matt offer family as well as general and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Paul is also certified in sedation dentistry. Together with their dental healthcare team, they help patients achieve bolder, beautiful smiles and healthier teeth. We welcome new patients of all ages from young children to happily retired adults.

To request an appointment or consultation for sleep apnea treatment, please contact our office by filling out a contact form or by giving us a call at (585) 385-2033. We welcome any current patients or new patients seeking treatment to contact us and schedule an appointment. Financial

To help you recover the most from your benefits, the team at Rochester Dental Sleep Therapy is more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you. Your medical insurance may cover the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea with an oral appliance. Unfortunately, dental insurance does not cover this treatment because it is treatment for a medical condition. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. If you are interested in financing, you will be happy to know we work closely with CareCredit, a company that provides convenient financing for medical and dental procedures.

In addition to financing options, we are now an approved Medicare provider. Our office and team has gone through the extensive credentialing process to achieve this. This sets us apart from most dentists, as most providers in our field are NOT Medicare providers. This distinction allows us to serve a larger patient population. The majority of patients with obstructive sleep apnea are of Medicare age and being a provider allows us to better to serve them. Medicare coverage allows us to treat patients will little to no out of pocket expense.

Our office accepts Check, Cash and any major credit cards.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
